ceramicSOURCE Use Agreement
The following provisions govern the use of ceramicSOURCE OnLine ("ceramicSOURCE") by members of The American Ceramic Society, subscribers to the American Ceramic Society Bulletin and visitors ("Users"). They consist of four sections: Copyright, Rules of Use, Disclaimer Warranty and Limitations of Liability, and Acceptance Procedure. You should read each section before completing the registration process. Copyright The contents of ceramicSOURCE are protected by The American Ceramic Society's copyright and other rights owned by The American Ceramic Society (the "Society"). These Terms of Service constitute a license, and you agree to use the ceramicSOURCE and its content only as set forth in the Rules of Use below. Rules of Use To make the ceramicSOURCE useful to everyone, you as a User must abide by the following rules:

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, ceramicSource disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or their violation of rights. ceramicSOURCE does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise respecting, the materials on this site or any sites linked to this site. Limitations of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall ceramicSOURCE be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if ceramicSource or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. Acceptance Procedure If you have read and agree with all of the terms and conditions of this License, select "AGREE." You can then register as a User and will have access to the ceramicSOURCE Online. If you do not agree, select "DO NOT AGREE," in which case you will not be able to register and will not have access to the ceramicSOURCE Online. |
